Refund & Replacement Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or general wear and tear.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

Proof Required

To submit a claim, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
  • Order number and proof of purchase.

Claims submitted without photo evidence may be denied.

Review Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper washing, misuse, or alterations.
  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
